GAYA vanilla liqueur

Inventor Orlando Gaya Montini dedicated his life to vanilla. He was inspired to create a distinct, sweet, faint vanilla liquor called Xanath.

Xanath is a gift to the world from Veracruz. A liquor based in the fruit of the orchid Vanilla planifolia is considered to be a sacred plant by inhabitants of ancient Mexico.

“Exotic and bewitching, vanilla casts a spell of love.”

This precious, hand-crafted nectar is obtained from the best vanilla beans found in the region of Totonacapan. Our traditional harvesting methods are such as to achieve a unique flavour and a delicate bouquet that transmits a pleasing expansion to the spirit and an ineffable joy to the most refined palate. The vanilla liqueur Xanath- pronounced “sha-nat” is presented in an elegant black bottle inspired in the Totonac culture, rendering a tribute to the honour and distinction of it origins.
